Super producer, Timbaland just cashed out on a baller Miami condo, paying $4 million for the swank South Beach pad.

The new digs won't be completed for another two months, but the floor plan is sick. Located in the 53-story Aria on the Bay building, Timbo's new home will have six bedrooms, eight bathrooms and a pair of private elevators. The condo has a spacious 4,700 square feet, with a 1,200 square foot terrace. In addition, all the building's residents have access to amenities like top of the line pools, hot tubs, fire pits, a private spa and an indoor/outdoor bar. Must be nice.

Music-wise, the Virginia beat maker recently reunited with Danja and Justin Timberlake on the new song, "Filthy," from JT's new album Man of the Woods. He also collabed with 6lack on the song, "Grab the Wheel."

Timbo has a lot of new music on deck. Just in the last few months, he's been spotted in the studio Rome, and he has also previewed upcoming tracks with JAY-Z and Meek Mill, Ski Mask The Slump God and Young Thug.

Tim almost didn't make it to 2018 to be able to enjoy the spoils of his hard work. He recently opened up about his addition to OxyContin that nearly took his life. "I woke up trying to catch my breath, like I was underwater," he recounted in a recent Rolling Stone interview. "But through that whole thing I saw life – I saw where I would be if I don’t change, and where I could be if I did…I thought about Michael Jackson. I didn’t want to be old and taking these pills.” Smart choice.
