Protect your beats from Mickey Factz. The Bronx rapper diced up another vintage instrumental—Showbiz and A.G.'s "Next Level (Nyte Time Mix)"—in a new freestyle on Power 106 in Los Angeles last Tuesday (Aug. 14).

In the clip, Factz spits for four minutes over DJ Premier's production, one of three non-Showbiz beats featured on the duo's 1995 album Goodfellas. He riffs on current events, creates puns with his L.A. Leakers hosts' names and flips the title of this magazine (and another magazine) into a joke about his stature.

"Size me up, y'all small and minimal/I'm XXL so check the source material/Freshman cover, every metaphor is visceral/Y'all got it all wrong like eatin' pork in Israel/Every bar medicinal/11-year career so every song residual/Every thought is literal," Mickey raps.

The freestyle extends an energized run from the New Yorker. Factz dropped a project titled I Said Yo on his birthday in July, as well as an EP titled The New Museum in April. He also recently shared a video for "Get It" from his 2016 debut album The Achievement with Nottz.
