Remy Ma Taps Chris Brown for New Song “Melanin Magic (Pretty Brown)”

Remy Ma busts out her latest single from her upcoming solo album, 7 Winters & 6 Summers, releasing the new record with Chris Brown, "Melanin Magic (Pretty Brown)."

The Bronx rapper puts a new spin on an old classic, as the Dallas Austin-produced song samples Mint Condition's 1991 hit, "Breakin' My Heart (Pretty Brown Eyes)." Austin chops the R&B track into something more suitable to spit over, and Rem takes the opportunity to talk a little greasy.

"I'ma real rider, rap crown taker/Ass so soft because its not fake-a," she raps. "I can show you how to move in a room full of whole bitches/He met me and now he don't even know bitches/I see you, be on IG I'm thick, you sit down you need an IV/Show me your ID 'cause I don't know you chicks/You scared of heights (no?) well then jump off my dick."

Breezy provides the chorus, as well as closing out the track with his own verse. This is the second single from Remy's upcoming project, following the release of the Lil' Kim collab, "Wake Me Up," which dropped in November.

Remy is putting the finishing touches on her sophomore solo album which is set for an early 2018 release. She is especially proud of one track on the LP that she wants JAY-Z to hear.
