Gunna's rise continues with his latest big-name collaboration, ".223," featuring Lil Uzi Vert, released on Monday (Aug. 13).

The song finds both rappers crooning over skeletal piano production, courtesy of Wheezy, about their respective cars, clothes, jewelry and firearms. It's a duet that treats designer labels and luxury whips like the meaning of life itself.

Gunna articulates this point in the chorus. "We carry these .223 like we the army/Ha, you niggas broke, don't think life is important/Headlining, we selling out like the Jordans/Cashing out new Miri's, thousand at Barneys," he raps.

Uzi, for his part, opens with a particularly memorable couplet featuring an aggressive punchline that few others would even think to attempt. "This is a Bentley bitch, this not a Lexus/You beat me to the club like a domestic," he spits.

The track follows several successful Gunna and Lil Uzi Vert collaborations over the past year. Both rappers featured on Lil Baby's Harder Than Ever cut "Life Goes On" and Kap G's "Marvelous Day." Uzi also guested on Gunna's Drip Season 3 song "At The Hotel."

It's unclear whether the song will appear on a forthcoming Gunna full-length. Uzi, meanwhile, is in the process of promoting his next project Eternal Atake. Listen to Gunna's ".223" featuring Lil Uzi Vert below.
